Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026

These terms govern your use of PRD Studio. By using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. What PRD Studio is

PRD Studio is an AI tool that turns a short product description into a draft product requirements document (PRD) and diagrams. Output is generated by a language model and is a starting point for your own work, not a finished specification.

2. AI-generated output

Documents and diagrams are produced by an AI model. They may contain errors, omissions or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing, correcting and validating everything before you rely on it. Do not treat the output as legal, technical or professional advice.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to generate unlawful, harmful, infringing or abusive content, to attack or overload the service, or to attempt to bypass rate limits or access controls.

4. Rate limits and availability

The service is free and rate-limited. We may change, limit or remove access at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uptime.

5. No warranty

The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantee about the accuracy, completeness or fitness for purpose of any output.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PRD Studio is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on its output.

7. Privacy

Requests are processed to produce the result. We may log the requesting IP address solely to enforce rate limits. No account is created and no personal profile is built. We do not sell data.

8. Your content

You keep ownership of the ideas you submit and the documents you generate. Do not submit confidential information you are not permitted to share.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
